Cancellation Policy
REQUIREMENTS: - APPOINTMENTS ARE FOR COYOTE CREEK ACQUIRED DOGS ONLY- we don't do other dogs or breeds - Your dog must be healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations and have no known fleas. We will not accept sick dogs. - If your dog is aggressive or biting, for everyone's safety, the appointment will end - If at anytime your dog becomes extremely stressed, we will stop the service and contact you for pickup. We wish this to be a pleasant experience for your dog. Some dogs don't like all aspects of the grooming process so we will do our best to preform the groom without causing any excess displeasure to the dog. - Please be on time for scheduled drop-off and pick-ups - We will not be held liable for any injury or vet bills. Safety is always our top priority. We will not take any risks with your dog's wellbeing, he/she will always we our top concern. - For the dog's safety we will not allow playtime with any other on-site dogs - We love to give treats for positive reinforcement and just because we love your baby like our own, please advise of any allergies or limitations your dog has - We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to products used; this includes but not limited to shampoos, colognes and ear cleaner. Any known allergies should be disclosed to the groomer prior to appointment - Grooming may expose underlying skin or health problems which we cannot be held liable - Please advise in advance of any concerns, questions, etc - It must be clearly understood and agreed whilst every care and attention is give to your dog(s) they are accepted at the owner’s risk. Our first concern is for the welfare of your dog so in the event of an injury or illness a vet may be called and unless it can be clearly shown we are liable, all costs in connection with and in the carrying out of his instructions shall be at the owner’s cost - If there is part of the service you do not wish to have, please let us know - Customer releases Coyote Creek and it's owners from any and all liabilities, financial, and otherwise, for injuries to Customer, Customer’s pet(s), or any other property of Customer, which arise in any way from services and/or products provided by or as a consequence of Customer’s association with Coyote Creek including, but not limited to, veterinarian bills.
